This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and credit terms applicable to active break programmes purchased from Tendoneoeco, including Starter Pulse, Professional Flow, Enterprise Momentum packages, and optional add-ons such as wellbeing workshops, extra virtual sessions, and internal champion training. As a business-to-business service provider, our policies are designed to be fair to both client organisations and our facilitation team.
1. General Principles
Active break programmes are delivered as ongoing services rather than physical goods. Accordingly, traditional return rights applicable to consumer products do not directly apply. Instead, this policy governs programme cancellations, session rescheduling, refund eligibility, and account credits for corporate clients in the United Kingdom.
2. Initial Commitment Period
All programme packages require a minimum initial commitment of three months from the service start date specified in the service agreement. During this period, clients may not cancel the programme without incurring fees as described below. After the initial commitment, programmes continue on rolling monthly terms unless terminated with appropriate notice.
3. Programme Cancellation by Client
3.1 During Initial Commitment
If a client wishes to cancel during the three-month initial commitment, written notice must be provided to help@tendoneoeco.world. The client remains liable for all fees due through the end of the commitment period. No refund will be issued for sessions already delivered or scheduled within the commitment window.
3.2 After Initial Commitment
Following the initial commitment, clients may cancel by providing thirty days written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable. Sessions scheduled and delivered during the notice period will be charged at the agreed package rate. No further charges apply after the notice period expires.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Tendoneoeco cancels a programme without cause before delivery begins: full refund of any prepaid fees.
- Documented failure to deliver agreed sessions due to our operational error: credit or refund for undelivered sessions at the pro-rata session rate.
- Duplicate or erroneous payment: full refund of the overcharged amount within fourteen business days.
- Mutually agreed early termination where both parties consent to a specific refund arrangement documented in writing.
Refunds are not available for sessions that were available but not attended due to low internal participation, changes in client staffing, or client failure to provide suitable session space.
5. Session Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule individual sessions by providing at least forty-eight hours notice to their account manager. Rescheduled sessions will be delivered within the same calendar month where possible. Sessions cancelled with less than forty-eight hours notice may be forfeited and charged at the full session rate without refund or credit.
6. Package Downgrades and Upgrades
Package upgrades from Starter Pulse to Professional Flow or Enterprise Momentum may take effect at the start of the next billing cycle or immediately by mutual agreement with adjusted pricing. Downgrades requested during the initial commitment period take effect only after the commitment ends. Downgrades requested after the commitment require thirty days notice and apply from the following billing cycle.
7. Add-On Services
Wellbeing workshops, extra virtual sessions, and internal champion training bookings may be cancelled up to seven days before the scheduled date for a full credit or reschedule. Cancellations within seven days are charged at fifty percent of the booking fee. No-shows are charged at the full booking fee without refund.
8. Service Interruptions
If sessions cannot be delivered due to facilitator illness, severe weather, or client site access restrictions, Tendoneoeco will offer rescheduling at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible within thirty days, a session credit will be applied to the client account. Credits expire twelve months from issue unless otherwise agreed.
9. Dissatisfaction and Disputes
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your active break programme, contact us within fourteen days of the relevant session. We will investigate promptly and may offer a complimentary replacement session, programme adjustment, or partial credit at our discretion. Formal disputes should be raised in writing to help@tendoneoeco.world and will be acknowledged within five business days.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written confirmation. Bank transfer refunds may require additional time depending on the client's financial institution. Refund confirmations are sent by email to the billing contact on file.
11. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating payment chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks for delivered services may result in suspension of ongoing programme delivery and recovery of associated bank fees.
12. Consumer Rights
Where our services are purchased by individuals acting outside their trade, business, or profession, statutory consumer rights under UK law may apply in addition to this policy. Business purchasers contracting on behalf of a company are generally not entitled to consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in our programme offerings or legal requirements. Changes apply to new service agreements signed after the update date. Existing agreements remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of signing unless both parties agree otherwise.
